I may not be the most mature person (I'm only 16 give me a break its fun) so I hold no grudge against the site actually I quite enjoy it. Its second only to Destructoid. However when I found out I got banned for this post

It was no surprise to me that I got banned. I'm not a douche who cries about getting banned I simply re register. I actually laughed my ass off because I got banned. The icing on the racist cake however was when Mr. Brian Ashcraft himself said

One quick intermission though

If those aren't black people then I must have been in the movie The Little Mermaid.

My point is the editors of the website acted accordingly. However its the users that showed me how serious the site is. Nobody said a word to me until ashcraft said something. Then the hate replies started comin in. As most of you know I try (and fail most of the time) to bring comedy to this site. I'm not a serious person. You can tell that simply by my Virginia Tech shooting pic in the top right. I will glady continue visiting Kotaku's site however I find that the users (I know some of you are users there so I'll say the majority of users) are a bit too serious for my taste.

So without further ado I give you....

Don't feel too bad -- there are assholes no matter where you go. The laid back attitude by both the editors and users make this site one of the absolutely best on all the internets... that don't feature DP.

My point is that Destructoid should be a website that is emulated by others. Sure, your Kotakus, Joystiqs and 1UPs will never truly lighten up, but considering the subject matter of all these sites... doesn't really defeat the purpose to be all super-serious?

Kotaku commenters are far too serious. They just don't have any sense of sarcasm at all. It does make it easier and less time consuming to go through the news though; you don't have to read comments in the hope of win.

There are some rules here though, no NSFW material and stuff like that. Although I haven't seen you post any penises myself.
If you could stop posting lolcat pics from 2006 and other ancient pics that take up 1/3rd of the screen, that would be cool. Something like an "invisible violin" pic at the right time in the right Cblog can be good though. If you absolutely must use (old) pics, just please try to make them relevant or on-topic :)
