Because hey, who doesn't like the old Star Wars games. I decided to spend my weekend playing a few of the older games like Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast and Dark Forces II. Great games made for a great weekend but I can't help after this weekend to feel some remorse at the making of a new Star Wars. These games were so good and the original movies were so good but now.... The latest Star Wars games I feel were kind of a let down and didn't add much. The MMO part of it was interesting but lacked in everything else. The same could be said with the latest movies. The newer ones had great special effects but really didn't live up to the other ones. Take Episode III for example (I was thinking of saying Episode II Attack of the Clones but that was just bad in general). Great special effects but not much else. It had some progression and decent character development but nothing that compares to the first few. In short, the new movie is ruining a franchise that was supposed to end on an "Okay" note.
Hey guys. My name is Matt and I've been playing video games since I was like ten or something. So that's... seven years! I think the first video game I ever played was Mario on my brothers N64 (Amazing console). I stuck with that for a few years then got my first PC and started playing C&C with my friends. I played a lot of those types of games. I was a huge fan of RTS and I also had a bunch of RTS games for my Gamecube. I played those for a while then got Zelda-The Twilight Princess and completely fell in love with that branch. I played those with my brother for a few years and every now and then go back to them. Currently I am back to PC gaming and have a lot of the old Star Wars games on Steam. I also play Planetside 1 and 2 and a few other MMO's. My favourite game right now is either Eve online or League of Legends.
