Guilty Gear is easily my favorite fighting franchise of all time. Additionally and quite redundantly, it is the greatest fighting series ever devised. I see absolutely nothing wrong with Guilty Gear; the unique characters, over-the-top fighting, the lesbian pirates... and let's face it, everyone is totally gay for Bridget.
Needless to say, I was disappointed when I hopped on Xbox Live for Guilty Gear X2 #Reload. No one was there. No one. Not even Jackie. Was everyone playing Accent Core? But what is wrong with #Reload (besides being impossible to find)?
And so I am asking, nay, pleading everyone to buy #Reload off XBLA. Download it, love it, rip off your shirt when you play it. Hopefully enough Dtoiders will buy it so that we can set up a really sketchy FNF or just kick each others asses on a regular basis.
Already have it or plan to get it? Drop me a friend invite: Goei5.
(The XBLA version of #Reload has some graphical issues, but they are only noticeable if you stop trying to kill your opponent or slow down and look for them)
Dude, seconded. I was gonna sell my copy of GGX2 since I have Accent Core, and was considering then getting #Reload to replace it. But I'll have to get it now!
#Reload had a lot of broken aspects, which is why there's probably not a lot of people playing it. Slash and of course Accent Core have since fixed of a lot of the glaring balance issues that were in #Reload.
Of course AC still needs hardcore balancing, but it's not as bad.
I'll send you a request later this week to see if it works. I'll tell you this, I'm shit at the game. I was decent a few months ago when I was working my way through all the stories, but now I'd forgotten every combo I'd mastered.
I picked this up a couple of months ago but never played more than a couple of laggy matches online. I am up for a couple of matches for a FNF or something if it happens.
100% Agree. Trying to pull off a Millia FRC combo and then having a lag spike hit is the worst thing in the world. Aksys/Team Sega needs to perfect their online for fighters before giving it another shot.
I have had the Xbox hard copy for the longest time and was also very disappointed by the lack of people on Live for the game. So I guess I'll be adding you soon.
And any others that want to get their GG on, add me: GenkiJAM

Get it nao.

Oh I know, it looks a fair amount nicer than the PS2 version. But sometimes you've just got to settle for less I suppose.
That is unless you want to pick up a used Xbox at Gamestop as well. Which actually wouldn't be too bad, what are they, $50 now?
Also, where did you get that Alien Hominid figure (if you do own it)? ------->
I think it would work, but I am not sure. Maybe we should try it out wink wink.

Oh, well at least you've already got it beat. I was worried for a second there that you hadn't got the chance to play it at all.
It's still fun to do once in a while. As long as the connection is good then the game is bearable.

a) an Xbox 360
b) Xbox Live
c) a copy of the game
I don't have any of these so I can't join the apparently 2 people who are on.
