Hey guys, so I received this strange invitation in the mail early last week and I found it very intriguing. Turns out it was an exclusive VIP invite to the Street Fighter IV launch party! I know, pretty awesome huh? The event was an absolute blast, and I took a few pics, posted below. I also included some comments so you can tell what's going on. Enjoy!
Here is a photo of me holding the invite. Those guys at Capcom really know how to promote an event. Who doesn't want to be entertained by 5 sons of the devil?
Here is me, meeting some important guys from Capcom.. I think Seth Killian was there. The DJ was spinnin like crazy that night, and we got our groove on like K-groove style, you smell what I'm steppin in?
There was an open bar, and things started to get out of hand. Those guys were really excited about their new game, and some of them got a little too friendly... If you knew me, you would know that I don't take kindly to surprise buttsecks.
Then David Sirlin showed up wearing some crazy getup with a white headband, and started throwing knifes at everyone! I ducked just in time, and jump kicked over a second, only to hear him scream "YOU CAN'T MAKE HONDA LOW TIER, INFIDELS!!"
The whole place went crazy after the Sirlin knife attack. I turned around and kicked some dude in the head and it exploded like a melon. As I was heading for the stairs, Michael Clarke Duncan tried to stop me but I gave him a gigaton punch he will not soon forget.
After heading ustairs, I was about to punch a midget in the face when Sirlin rushed me out of nowhere. All I heard was "TORPEDOOOO" and then I was out cold. Next thing I knew, I had this vision in my head- who the fuck is Silvia?
Anyway, to make a long story short- the launch party was out of control, bro. Here's a picture of me hugging Chun Li. I guess it's true what they say... every time you hook up with Chun Li, you get 10,000 points.
Perhaps it goes without saying, but I am really looking forward to Street Fighter IV. After I learn the new fighting system and unlock the goodies, I expect to see each and every one of you fightin' online like it's 1992.
