Whats up Destructoid?
My name is Sean McLoughlin and I've been sent from the futurepast to march with my fellow robots to victory. For Niero!
My favorite games can be numerous (as I'm sure is true of most here at Dtoid), but my all time favorites are Final Fantasy VI, Diablo II, Bioshock, Braid, Demon's Souls and Metal Gear Solid. I never rent games and I rarely trade in or sell the games I buy so I have a pretty massive game collection. For the sake of space I'll just list the consoles and portables that I own: NES, SNES, Genesis, Game Gear, Game Boy Pocket, Game Boy Advance, Playstation, N64, Playstation 2 (one original which is broken and a Slim), Dreamcast, Gamecube, Xbox, Neo Geo Pocket, Nintendo DS, Nintendo DSi, PSP 2000, Xbox 360 (red-ringed once), a fully backwards compatible Playstation 3 and a Wii.
When I'm not in school or gaming you can probably find me reading a science fiction/fantasy novel or an issue of Wired or some such. My favorite authors are George RR Martin, Terry Brooks, Garth Nix and Terry Goodkind. I'm also a big fan of movies, my favorites right now are The Departed, Smoking Aces and Crank, although my all time favorite movie/director is Reservoir Dogs/Tarantino. I don't watch much TV and if I do its usually Discovery channel or Science Channel. I love Professional Wrestling, Y2J SAVE US! My favorite band is obviously The Grateful Dead although my musical tastes are quite varied. I listen to everything from T.I. to Metallica to Toby Keith. Also, MC Chris FTMFW!

Last week on Destructoid, Nick Chester posted an article about the free giveaway Goozex is doing during the month of April. Because I’m poor AND broke I figured I’d give it a shot. Before this promotion I had heard of Goozex but being an avid game collector I wasn’t into the whole trading thing. However, offer me a chance at a free video game and I’m there. I really didn’t expect much but when I saw MGS3 for 100 points I wanted to shit myself. Sure I was holding out for Subsistence, but that can be hard to find and expensive, plus MGS4 is right around the corner so I decided now is the time to put aside my bad feelings from MGS2 and dig into the masterpiece that is MGS3. Once I placed my order I figured I’d have a few weeks to wait but I got an email the very next day saying my copy of MGS3 was in the mail! No Shit! Then low and behold, I get home from school on this crappiest of Mondays and what do I find in my mail box? Free video game goodness! Booyah! I’m off to experience Metal Gear Solid 3 for the first time, aren’t you jealous? <3 Destructoid. I checked out that deal too, and its pretty fucking sweet. Best thing though? If you find a buddy to sign up, and they use your reference number, as soon as they use their free 100points for their game, YOU also get ANOTHER free 100pts.

Its pretty damn badass, honestly.
You'd be suprised how many games they have for 100 points.
There are definately some 100 point 360 games too
It goes for $14 used where I am and thats a steep investment for somebody who can survive on $2 worth of food in a day. The version I really wanted, Subsistence, goes for $35-$50 if you can find it.
And older games (like mgs3) go for 100 points.

WAY better value.
The LEAST you get for any game is 100 points.
200 points will still get you a sick game, as will 300, etc etc.
just go read the prices on any game. just search any game your interested in, and check the point price

It's thick like cardstock so it wouldn't roll easily. Even so I'm faily attached to it. More so then my life? Maybe.
That is strange. Between MGS, MGS2 and MGSTwinSnakes I like twinsnakes the best, but thats because it controls like MGS2. @ really is a great game, barring the kooky story line you should really enjoy it.
