That's pretty nice to look at. Good job.
Neat picture! Honest critique: The right shoulder (that's the shoulder on your left) is up a bit too high and should angle downward instead of upward from the neck.
The waist and head look a little flattened out, for the waist I think if you made the legs wider that would take care of itself. For the head I think the problem is that the jaw is set too far inward.
The backpack also has a kind of odd angle. If you fix the shoulder you might be able to see why.
Hope that helps you improve it a bit. Remember, criticism is to the work, not to the artist. :-D
