Yes, they have sued the crap out of Microsoft and Sony in the past....who do they want to take on next? Possibly Nintendo.
Rumor Reporter came up with this fancy little power point presentation that allegedly belongs to Immersion.
Even though they will effectively be out of the gaming world if they sue, they are still going through with the plan as seen on the slide above. I suppose the pro's ($$$) outweigh the cons, but seriously...isn't gaming their number one client? I personally think they are shooting themselves in the foot here with this, but
whatevs...everybody already hates them. Go under the radar for a few years and change your company name, everything will be all better!

Oh no not at all, I was reffering to Immersion and that spoiler fucker. I have no problem with you.
I hope it's just a rumor too..and I really don't see how Immersion thinks they have something on Nintendo to sue over.
They do have that so-called 'next-gen' super-rumble coming out with the redesigned/final1.0 sixaxis, so maybe people will still give them some love in the end?
