About Me
What's up? I'm D-Sane. I like to play video games. When I'm not gaming, I like to watch terrible movies and laugh at them, usually while drinking. I also like to spend a weekend or two watching the entire series of TV shows that I like. I work as a tech assistant to a real estate agent in Austin, TX.

I also write about video game and non-video game related stuff on this site. http://www.TearsOfTime.Com

So in addition to being an avid video game player, I also run an independent electronic music record label in my spare time. It's called Beardology Records.

So the point of this blog: We just had a release from Texas based remix/mashup/sample based noise artist R0CKET SAUCE!!!. It's a super dancable pop culture mind fuck full of music from several different decades and genres and clips from TV shows that is sure to be an asset of any party. It's called Jammin' On the One and you can download it here for free.

Here's the album artwork, complete with a picture of Theo Huxtable saying the catch phrase that is soon to be lighting up an internet near you:

Also, I marked this post as NVGR because it's mostly not video game related, however, track 5 does feature a mashup of video game musicians The Advantage playing a cover of music from Super Mario Bros. 2 with Fix Up, Look Sharp by Dizzee Rascal.

So yeah, get to downloadin'. If you like it, please let me know in the comments and also please share the album with your friends. This is all for free because at Beardology, we do it for the love of the music (and the love of the Beard) but the artists would really love to know what people think. Also, if you like this stuff, be sure to check out the Beardography to see all of the beats that our artists are cooking up (though not all of the other releases are tongue in cheek mash ups like this one).

PS, here's an incomplete list of artists used in this mix in no particular order:
Michael Jackson
Daft Punk
The Advantage
Dizzee Rascal
Biz Markie
The Chemical Brothers
Arcade Fire
Justin Timberlake
James Brown
Peter Bjorn and John
Dexy's Midnight Runners
Lady Gaga
Next
Spandau Ballet
Aphex Twin
MGMT
Herb Alpert
Jay-Z

and many more.
