Don't you just love the retailing world. Of course its totally your fault that that guy can't get his shit straight. Happy Holidays!
(sorry you have to deal with it, I'm in the same boat.)

You met what I like to call in the retail world as the "didn't research their purchase and loves to complain about everything" type. He is angry at you because he bought an xBox thinking he was going to beat the system and not have to pay for the 360. Of course when his plan fails is your fault.
I see this everyday somehow its our fault you made a bad decision. Suck it up.

Aww, kinda sucks for him. Paying for an xbox, then not being able to buy games which have "xbox" written on them.
I also work at Best Buy (car-fi), and when I help out media, it seems anyone ASKING for help in the gaming section doesnt know about them.
A gamer doesn't need help on games, he should know that shit already.

I once witnessed a woman demand to speak to a manager at GameStop because her son put "Super Mario for the Xbox360" on his Xmas list. She absolutely refused to believe it was a mistake of some sort. She was fucking scary. But then again, my GameStop contains mass Fail. They suck, all 5 of them within like a 20 mile radius. Ridiculous.
You met an idiot. :p
I work at an EB Games, and my favourite so far is people getting upset when I tell them their sports game from several years ago only trades in for 50 cents. "Well that isn't what I paid for it" they'd say, and of course I'd have to remind them that games occasionally depreciate in value.
Although people who declined to buy a Wii in June (when we couldn't sell them for the life of us) wondering why they can't find one now are a close second. :)

@ Lemon: Start working? How old are you? Working sucks, BTW. But if you let everything go and just let it kind of fade past you, you'll really start to find the humor in the most retarded things. I deal with people also, at the hospital. I hate people.
You have to understand where these people are coming from. They are old. My uncle once said he would never buy a Nintendo system again after the GameCube lacked any kind of backward compatibility with cartridges. I told him it was for the better and all, but he said he was going with Sony, as his son could still play all the old games on it. When you think about it all, it actually makes sense. These people aren't really idiots, they just don't know no better. This is the way of life. When you're 40, you'll most likely be a bit out of the loop also. Especially if you're a father and a full time worker with a family. You'll be lost.
I figured as much, I wasn't sure what the legal working age was these days. Enjoy work, and get used to it. You'll be doing it the rest of your life.
