Podtoid Animation Contribution Reminder - Deadline Extended!

If you've been in the dark, I've been working on a new Podtoid Cartoon series that will have a four minute premiere at PAX Prime 2012, during the Destructoid panel. The full cartoon will be released on the internet in late September or October. Here's some new screenshots with little context known except Jonathan is going through the time of his life.



Well, here's a friendly reminder that we're running a campaign in which Dtoiders can design Spiders to appear in the episode.

Exact details can be found here in the forums.

Basically, download either this .png file

and draw a design over it, like the examples shown below, and post a link to it in the comments section. You won't regret it. Since this project is taking a bit longer than expect, I've decided to extend the deadline to the 26th.
After that point, I will no longer be accepting any spiders, so get to it!



Also, a small development... development.
Although trival, I've also changed the title of the series from:

The New Podtoid Adventures

to

The New Adventures of Podtoid

Mimicking this:


I was originally worried about Copyright laws, but a friend of mine said as long as it's logo is not traced and stolen from the original title card, and it is easy to distinguish between the two properties, there should be no problems. Also, he said when the new title is shortened, one could nickname the series, N.A.P. Which I'll admit is a catchy term for it.

Since everyone has been calling it "The next Podtoid Animation" anyway, I don't think anyone is going to miss this change.
