I mean from knowing basic modeling, one of the easiest way to get that nice spandex style of clothing is basically keep the model naked and change the texture map of the body. Now of course little details need to be taken if the model was actually fully detailed when naked. Like nipples, belly buttons, mangina, ect ect. Well, looks like Hideo Kojima being the perfectionist little perv he is hasn't changed one bit, the man is truly a hentai master idol. Bravo Mr. Kojima, bravo, I please hope you left this in the game.
