Just wanted to let yall know ive been getting a bit into photography and well, for those who still remember me they know I love swords and the Great Destructoid gave me the best sword present... well EVER! I never been given a sword as a gift, I collect them, and Destructoid really made me shed a Chuck Norris Tear that could cure cancer... so in return I hope yall can appreciate what I have been doing with the sword.
I might do more game based photography, what do you guys think? not sure if I will be good or not, ill let you guys give critic me and from that I hope to learn and get better.

Sword + girl = win
I'll see how I can do some gaming cosplay but that can look killer
Girl in slutty dress holding big sword/gun/banana/plush figure of sonic...whatever, it's all been done before and been done to death.
You have an awesome prop, it seems a shame you didn't use it. Put some mud on the girl's face, mess up her hair (and throw some mud in there too) and use "surprising" clothing... either no clothing at all (maybe a lot of mud on a skin colored body suit) or go with something totally unexpected like a business suit. Next put her in a power pose... rather than the usual submissive "aren't I sexy" pose. Power IS sexy if it's done right.
THAT sword... it's wasted here.

An woman in a kitchen wearing a housecoat and looking tired, with maybe some kids in the background... holding THAT sword... ruler of her house - a tired ruler with many responsibilities, but it says something.
An older woman (you have a Mom right?) holding THAT sword... surrounded by pictures of the kids she's raised... that says something... it speaks to the everyday heroes we overlook.
Or use a man... Dad watching his kid play baseball... whatever. THAT sword is awesome... it should speak to heroism, it just seems soooo wasted with the usual pretty girl holding weapon I'm so sexy shot.
I don't mean to be negative... just honest. I hope you continue with the photography but I also hope you think about the message that your photo could be used for. Fapping material is just so overdone... try something different.
I demand proof for this claim!
To put it another way - if this is intended to be a cheesecake shoot, then actually let's have more girl, more attention to the outfit, and less sword! If on the other hand the focus is on the game theme or creating a scene, then because that sword is so dominating, the girl who wields it should look like a dominator. Put in her in a throne, Conan the Conqueror-style, with beaten foes at her feet. Or have her discovering the sword, attention focused on that badass blade like she's really in the middle of a moment, rather than looking come-hither at the camera.
But props anyway for setting up the shoot in the first place and practicing; seems like fun, you should keep it up!
