You're never ordering from Amazon again because your game got delayed?
Okay, have fun with that.
Just realize, you mad. And you're being mad over nothing.
You'll get your game soon enough.

I've actually gotten a few games through Amazon the Friday before their street release date. Sucks that you have to wait another day though.
I'm less excited about amazon as well. My Fable III "release date" preorder got delayed. Just a day, but still a bummer.
The weird thing is it took Amazon only 2 days to ship a big box of LBP goodies to me. And I'm living in Holland. I do love Amazon but I feel your pain.
(p.s. The old k0wb0y should be back by now.)

Ordered through Amazon and got the game around 1 pm on release day. Delay is unfortunate but happens. Don't throw the baby out with the bath water. Not sure if thats the applicable saying here but I just wanted to use it.
i feel your pain, my last online pre-order was the Fight (i know, I know, but i like it) and it arrived nearly A WEEK after the release date!
Never pre-ordering online again.
Never pre-ordering online again.
Also, what I usually do is pre-order and pick it up in person. That way I'm sure I'll play it day one.
Amazon was behind on the expected date of my game by almost 3 weeks! (Little Big Planet 2, collectors edition)
They gave me a refund and shipped a new one and that arrived ontime. The funny thing is I come home to a parcel of the orginal "lost in transit" game they sent on my door step and they want me to pay to ship it back, fuck that. They messed up not me. I chose the refund option so they can pay for shipping and I don't care if they give me money back or not, but we'll see what happens.

Damn mix, that's exactly the game they sent me in two days. Aaaaaaall the way across the ocean right on my doorstep. I love 'em for it!
Lol only to Canada and they messed up HARD. The only reason I ordered from them was becuase EB Games in Canada had no clue about the pre-order roughly two months before the release. They did have it about 2-3 weeks before but I didn't cancel from Amazon. Next time I will.
EA is super fast with their games, I get them the day of release or the day after and no later.

I've been pretty happy with Amazon, and with my MvC3 order in particular. Long story short, a glitch on their site prevented me from choosing release date delivery at checkout.
After talking with customer service, they offered to give me free one-day shipping instead. It ended up arriving on release day anyway, with no shipping charge and a $10 credit in my account for a future game.
I don't mean to rub it in, I definitely feel your pain. But Amazon is still pretty kickass, even when they screw up. Maybe write a nicely-worded, rational complaint and see if that gets you anything in return?

OH SHIT! I ordered KZ3 from Amazon, if it doesn't come to me the day of release (as promised) I'm gonna buy another copy at walmart! Damnit, I'm such a sucker.
