This is something that it has bothered me for some time and now, the worst time to start typing it up. It's 2 am in the friggin morning and I have to wake up early tomorrow for 15 hours of work. Nevertheless I think its something I have to post.

I think this fanboy thing is getting out of hand, not saying its bad because it is good hits for the site and all, but because it doesn't matter who you call out, If someone spent money on a system and you call them out they will come back pissed or answer back with an reply, then 1 out of 3, the original insulter will counter attack by calling the person who was attacked a "Fanboy." Then everyone in the blog site who loves jumping into the Hate train will start jumping in, oh and they will LOVE their ride. They will use any possible insults to make fun of the person who was called out, find bullet point ridicules and distorted facts to pretty much try to look as good as possible and to share the Hate train to whoever else wants to tag along.



Well this is not fun, this is not even informative or an article anymore. I noticed it, I saw it coming, I knew Jim was making fun of all 3 systems, PS3, 360, Wii, just to prove that he is unbiased. Very predictable, but he is unbiased and I know he only does it for the hits. He has proven it but this is the part that irritates me the most, Jim I love you and all, I know you are making all the good lulz on Dtoid, but you need to know when you have to take a step back and relax. Because you know how to FLAME ON on peoples roof's and make them scream that "The Roof, The Roof! Roof is on Fire!" then Piss on them when they do scream it. A person who sits back and watches everything thats going on can see these things. So even if the Sony fanboys are the worst, why, why, why, why, WHY would you call them out? obvious answer, 400 comments, but now, what are you going to do next? You shitted on them, you gave your logical and valid topics, but you did insult them. why? I like you, but I don't know, I remember a certain someone who got flamed to death by putting too much gas into the fire.



There is nothing more sad than to pick out one of the 3 fanboy sectors and call them the worst. Even if it is true. You know why? Because the other 2 will just jump in this Hate Train you just created. Look at the monstrosity of blog you created. 400 friggin hits, BUT OF WHAT!? of people hating on each other? People calling each other out? What of good usefulness is this in gaming. I just noticed that even dough I had a kick out of it, it was fun to read an all, but I re-read it just out of curiosity, and I noticed that you were serious. You did mean every single word of it and basicly took 3 sinners sons and picked the black one out of the bunch and said "You are the worst Son I ever had!" Then you had the Green and white sons say "Yea, you suck! you are no brother of mine!" and the reason I say this is because even so we all have our differences, our favoritisms, we come to Destructoid because its fun and it stands out over the rest of the blog sites, its like it has a good karma we all enjoy and want to keep. But what happens when you call out 1/3 of it out and say all those things you said, you turn each one vs another.



All I ask is that you stop the flame wars because it will just ignite that flame and you don't want that to happen. You will get burned. By making all of these negative posts, because they are negative in all possible ways, there is nothing constructive of them, you will bring out more, and more fanboys. You will start pissing on every single one of them, but soon you will find your self overwhelmed. You will see more and more fanboys start popping on the site, but this time, instead of your dummy fanboys, they will be the Big Boss type of fanboys, those who are not so stupid like Devil666, TheQuest, or the later ones we have today, no you will have the ones with the tough arguments who will know how to get you, and rally all the fanboys of each sector until you get burned. It happened here on Destructoid once before and I don't want it to happen to you. Fanboys will jump unto the hate train that you yourself created and rail it back on to you. So please lets just stop these negative threads, make positive ones for a change and see how you can bring good articles and good people by making good journalism.
