Just upgraded my 60g PS3 to a nice whooping 500gb HDD for only $114 on newegg, and just today they released a even better notebook HDD 500gb for $99. I recommend it to any ps3 owner. Only badpart is that I have re-download all the games/videos/music again, but should not take me more than 2h. I just took out my old TV set out of the room and put the PS3 on the new 24" hdmi monitor (I barely watch tv and always stuck on the PC). So hopefully now I should be able to play more.

well after reinstalling all the games, demos, movies, music, home, updates... I still have 374gb left @_@;

I really recommend all PS3 owners to get one of these :D

Got a 320GB on mine. Popped one in when 40GB seemed too little (like 500MB of free space left). Nothing like an odd 150GB free of hdd space to mess around with.
