Regarding point 3, I did notice Wander's skin and clothing change slowly through the game. So I'm not sure if it's just you. With that said, I think it's great that the kid stands out, almost like he's out of place compared to the guys in armor and all.
In all honest the simplicity within the character in The last guardian only makes me think he is cuter, if you were to have an ultra detailed character model in SotC (also my most favourite game ever) it would ruin the art style that is included in all team Ico's games.
Looking forward to this one, definatly an A+ title.
My hope for it is as follows:
*It has the magic of Ico
*With the replayability of Shadow of the Colossus
Ico had 0 replay value, yet was masterfully done. Shadow of the Colossus (also great) had incredible replay value through a hard mode, time attack, and extra badass items. If it has these two mechanics, I'm sold day one: otherwise, it's a rental and a bargain pickup for me.
Final trailer doesn't have as much fancy pants details, like the water relfections and whatnot, but I think the redesigned griffon rat and the main character are much better.
