Just a guy who loves to talk video games a lot. I try to be funny and fail a lot, but I swear I'm worth having around.
I'm an older gamer (read:30) and I like to look back on all the good (and bad) that I played through in the before time.
I don't game as much thanks to my 2yr old daughter, but I do keep up on the latest things. As far as she's concerned, well she likes to hit the buttons a lot, which means she could win a few rounds of DOA.
Seriously this game keeps climbing higher and higher on my list. First half of video is trailer, second half is an actual match A few things I've noticed from the video:
1) Morrigan has a new sprite. GG Capcom, took you 14 fucking years. (As Shin Oni pointed out)
EDIT: On second thought, this might be polygon based instead of 2D.
2) Tagging out in mid air or in middle of air combos? I can't quite recall, I don't remember the prior Vs games allowing it.
3) NO CRAP MUSIC. In fact it sounds like they went back to the old style of Vs games, where the music changes to the theme of the character who tagged in. THANK YOU GOD. NO I DON'T WANNA TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE (repeat x100).

The more and more i see of this game the more and more i want it, and for some reason i'm hoping Jin Saotome makes it in, he made it in to both of the marvel vs capcom games so i have a chance.
I'm actually more excited than ever, the gameplay looks insane (especially some of those combos), the art direction looks great and it looks so action packed.
It's a must buy if it's region free.
Also Shin Oni that's a good comparison, Batsu will probably be my main character.

I am now officially interested in this game. Buuut... the lack of post postmortem super combo ownage is a HUGE minus for me.
If they die halfway through they should still have to eat the whole thing. Is it just me?
It never got old for me, just like Cabela's.
Also I wish marvel characters were in this one.
