I know it's a little late in the month but it's finally time for Educate Yourself's FNF. I know all none of you have been waiting to play a single player game on Friday Night while chatting in an IRC client. Will the fun ever start!? I hope so. Here's how I see this going down:

Step 1
Around 10 p.m. (on the East Coast, I live in DC) turn on your copy of Splatterhouse

Step 2
Sign into Destructoid's IRC chatroom

Step 3
Beginning playing game and dispensing witty comments

Sounds pretty simple and best of all it actually is. I don't expect anyone to really be playing with me all night but if you feel up for some retro gaming or you just want to shoot the shit or you want to make fun of me for sucking at doing the slide kick attack come on over for a bit. I need to get on beating the game so I'll be doing that and can promise I'll be there from 10 p.m. on if not a bit earlier.

I'm not sure if this is the official way to become part of FNF but I figured that forcing my way into it by posting a blog was just as good as any other tactic. Grim if you feel so inclined to include this on the FNF post of Friday it would be mucho appreciated. So if you're ready to swing two by fours and wear possibly copyrighted masks come on out Friday night.
