I absofuckinglutely hate in-game preorder incentives. Everyone should get that content, instead of stripping it out from other patrons' games. Give me a poster, or a discount if you want to secure the sale, but don't piecemeal the extra content to specific stores.
Weird. I got the Deep Undercover thing from Walmart and I'm not sure if it even has a mission. But yeah, the suit and the car and the scanner have been working just fine in my open world.
