About Me
I have followed Destructoid since its infancy but never really got involved too much with the community, so I figured why not now?
I've been playing games since I was a wee lad. My first system was the NES. My parents were the ones to get me into them. They loved playing video games when I was younger. They were big fans of Contra. They still know the Konami code to this day. Video games have been an integral part of my life. I put in about 20+ hours a week and I love playing co-op games with my girlfriend.
Apart from video games, I love music. I've sang (screamed/growled) for a few metal and deathcore bands that went nowhere. I have a few tattoos. One on my right arm, right shoulder and one piece that covers the left portion of my chest, collar bone, shoulder, arm and back. It's still a work in progress.
I currently own an Xbox 360, Nintendo DS and PC. I used to own a plethora of consoles but I've since then traded or sold them. My room mate is the one who collects system. We still have a working NES in the living room and Ninja Gaiden is still in my opinion one of the hardest games ever.

Hacking apart zombies limb from fucking limb as a man in a tuxedo is the fucking win. I can't help but pretend that I'm Patrick Bateman from American Psycho as I take a fireaxe to a zombie's face. "TRY GETTING A RESERVATION AT DORSIA NOW YOU FUCKING STUPID BASTARD! YOU, FUCKING BASTARD!" Pure win.
Left 4 Dead 2 is a decent improvement over the first. Which was also a fantastic game. However it was mostly the same mechanics. Which of course isn't a bad thing. There's a lot of replay value to be had with multiplayer and the different modes. Realism mode is fucking merciless. An excellent challenge to those that think they're the shit. There are a lot of new things in L4D2. New characters, new guns, the addition of melee weapons, 5 new campaigns with 4-5 chapters each, new special infected and new game modes. I'm down with that. 8.5 / 10

Ahem, yeah. I've had ONE successful full match, and that was against a clan of dickheads.
@Jon B - I haven't heard of that problem! Are there more who have the same problem? I've been playing the game for over 40 hours with no blips whatsoever.
