I only really played GoldenEye 007 because it was popular. That said, it's still a quality game. Secrets galore, interesting weapons. Tons of characters. Much more than I can say for most FPSes I see today.

This game was a ton of fun back in the day. Playing this really made Counterstrike get a strong grip on my gaming time when it released. I was preprogrammed for it. =p

goldeneye was the first time i ever ruined christmas for myself. loads of fun.

the only thing i remember about that game was going thru the vent into the bathroom and sticking lots of mines to the head of the guy sitting in the stall

Holy Smokes. Goldeneye64 was one of those games... hours and hours flew by in front of a 4-player split screen TV.

XBL is fun and all, but nothing it better than seeing the guy who is the best just seethe because you Magnumed him twice. Of course he has the body armor. He's memorized this (and every) level. It's his own fault for missing with the single shot of the Golden Gun he got off. No, you're not going to beat him, but it a small victiry to piss him off.

This seriously should have come to the 360 I would have whooped everyone's ass on Live. I rule at this game.
