Great first attempt at the video blog, I would definitely watch more. Also I totally agree with the Mountain Dew Throwback. I have been looking for some more sugar based sodas and I think it tastes much better than the original. Still need to try the Pepsi one though.

In terms of PS3 games to get, Uncharted should certainly be on your list. It's an absolutely amazing game, with great graphics and nigh on perfect voicework. I'd also recommend Disgaea 3, if you like some SRPGs, and Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan and 3 if you can read Japanese at all.
Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Devil May Cry 4 and Heavenly Sword are all fun little jaunts. If you've already beaten DMC4 and a version of Ninja Gaiden, Heavenly Sword is still worth a playthrough.
I liked it, I'd watch more.

Heavenly Sword is really fun on the PS3, though I would rent it and not purchase it. The game is really short, 4-5 hours long, but is really fun during that time.

You know that hat you have in your avatar? You need to wear it or at least staple it on the wall near the background. Do something to have the thing in view because it just doesn't feel complete without it.
As it stands now, I enjoy this and I would like to see more. If you planned on making more, I personally think one thing you could do is talk, like, two minutes about your personal views on what's coming over the gaming horizon. Like what your thoughts about the new things Capcom have been planning, stuff like that.
I'd like to see more Destructoid staff doing regular video web log posts. It's always good, even when it's bad!

@garison: It's partly down to your speakers and partly down to the microphone I'm using. I have a great condenser mic that delivers high quality audio but tends to be a bit on the muted side. It sounds pretty good on my speakers but I could barely be heard on Impossible Plant's laptop a few minutes ago. I'll see if I can do something about that in the future.
@everyone asking about the hat: Alright. I'll see what I can do to have appropriate headwear in the next one.

Try to look at the camera a bit more possibly, were you actually reading notes you had? Also remember the cigarette holder along with the hat next time.
@Wedge - I did have notes, but they were on the screen just below the camera lens and I doubt that my reading them would have been picked up by it. No, that's actually just a product of my natural conversational style. For some reason, while talking, I have to look away for moments while I gather my thoughts in my head. I'll try to work on it.

Well this is not a ps3 exclusive but its a game that gets probably the most of my play time, and no one will probably believe but, my friends list can vouch for me.

I can't explain how fun it is and how much replayability it has, its like taking risk + Age of Empires and sugarcoating it for the masses.
