About
Conor has been working with the community since shortly after PAX East '10, where he drunkenly told an editor he wanted to be "more active, man" over and over. The next day, when reminded of it, he knew there was only one thing to do: throw amazing parties. For the next several years Conor held the Midwest NARPs and helped out the staff at any event he attended. One day Andy Dixon asked him if he'd like to become a member of the staff and the only thing he could do was say hold on let me masturbate. Then he said "fuck yes!" His title is technically Community Coordinator, but someone was fucking around and used Community Monster, so that stays for now.

Nothing is more important to Conor than helping you have fun. Let him know about any events you are planning, want to promote, or need advice about.

Seriously, this is the last time I post this image.

Well it's about that time that people are getting prepared for MAGFest X! I'm preparing for some midwesterners to roll into my house, and we are heading out early in the morning.

So here's the tentative Destructoid schedule for this year's festivites, as approved by our Shark Overlord. The times listed are the starting times of those events, so plan on being around 10-20 minutes ahead of time if you plan on meeting up before hand.

Thurs:

1pm Opening ceremony

7pm Stage One concerts

Fri:

11:30 am HAWP Panel

7pm Stage One concerts

Sat:

 4:30pm Destructoid Live!

7pm Stage One concerts

Sun:

3pm Closing ceremony

This is obviously just a list of suggestions as imposing any kind of schedule on MAGFest is somewhat against the spirit of the whole thing. However, if you're a Dtoider new to the MAGFest experience or just want a place to meet every day and see what's up these might help.

Also, the Google Group has been discussing a Suiterday, and possibly karaoke, so if either of those things interest you make sure you keep an ear to the ground for details. Of course, there will be plenty of room parties, so staying in isn't a bad option either.

For some more information here's an excellent thread from the OCRemix forums that has a wealth of information on parking, food, and the area in general. Check it out, it's super helpful.

Well, I need to finish packing.

See you all soon!

I hate every motherfucker who gets to go to this while I'm stuck sitting here with my dick in my hands.
But your dick is covered in dozens of cock rings.
Fun fact: left the cock rings out and my two-year-old daughter picked them up and put them on her fingers.

Was... awkward.
HAWP panel and Dtoid live are probably going to be mad crowded, even if the latter is mostly us anyway. Get in line early.
...by passing out the night before where the line's going to form, obviously.
I can't believe I'm not there. I hate you all.
