It's 2 AM and I have to go back to school in about six hours. Obviously, this is my first blog post on Destructoid (Dtoid to most of you). I won't bore anybody with my problems, any more of them at least, or a small autobiography. I'll do that later, trust me. I'll just say that this seems like a pretty cool site. I first came across it in the wake of the whole Gerstmanngate scandal over at GameSpot, a site at which I've been regularly visiting for over three years now. After all that time at GS, it has begun to feel a bit stale. I've lost interest in posting and feel like a change in community could serve to fix that. As I said, it's 2 in the morning and I just created this account mere seconds ago. I'll check out more of the profile customization features at a later date, but I hope that I'll enjoy my time here at Destructoid and trust that the community here will ensure that happens.
