But keep in mind they changed the name of MGS2 for the original Xbox. So even though GotP may be PS3 exclusive, MGS4: Patriots have Guns and Yr Mother's a Whore®©™ will be 360 exclusive.

As much as I love me some Metal Gear action, the hell i'm going to buy the Playstation 3 just for that. I guess it's a good thing I have a friend who was unfortunate enough to get one and doesn't want to pawn it off. I'll just play it on his.

If that's not the biggest crock of shit I've heard I don't know what is. Let me start {again} saying I own ALL consoles. Now that that is out of the way let me state simply there are quite a few people out there that haven't got either a 360 or PS3. I doubt those people are dumbasses and don't know shit about games because they don't own either a 360 OR PS3.
Will the game sell better if it's cross platform..yup. That's a good point. So will Bioshock, Mass Effect, and Blue Dragon.

You know who the average PS3 owner is? this guy, this dude, this dapper young man, this mang, and this hippie f4g. I may be sounding too hopeful, but there still is that slight possibility that it will still come out on 360. Need I remind you that there I things called timed exclusives? If MGS4 comes out on 360, it will be a year after it comes out on PS3. Than theoretically, it still was an exclusive.
