Just completed BioShock. Wow, what a fantastic game. I haven't enjoyed an FPS or even a single player experience this much in at least a year or two. Could not get over how incredible everything about this game was.
I do have some minor gripes. There are certainly a fair number of bugs. Ranging from the not-so-annoying twitching corpses to the kinda-of-annoying map bugs (some sections of the map don't show up discovered correctly, also quite a number of times the map pointer doesn't accurately display your location). Other than these bugs the only other thing that annoyed me was the ending.
The story of the game is wonderful from start to finish, however the ending feels rather (very) short and rushed, lasting perhaps slightly more than one minute. After experiencing the fantastic narrative all the way through, the end feels so anti-climatic. I know there are at least two endings, and I received the one for saving all the little sisters (what can I say, I have a heart), so I can't make a claim on how good the other ending is, but I can't imagine it being much better if at all.
This isn't to say that the resolution to the story is bad. No, not at all. It just feels like we could have witnessed more. Feels like the CG ending could have been a longer movie. I guess I'll have to go through the game again sometime to see the harvest ending.
Oh, also, a little tip for those yet to play or perhaps still early in the game. I can't be sure, but I'm near certain that you end up with more Adam by saving the little sisters rather than harvesting them. The game seems to make you think the opposite, but give it a shot and I think you'll find the game rewards you for taking the moral high ground.
In any case, BioShock was/is a great game that every 360 and Windows gamer needs to experience. Don't deprive yourself of such an amazing game people, get out there and buy it if you still haven't!
In regards to adam and little sisters, I believe even with the bonus you get for every 3 little sisters you save for (80x3+200=440) you still end up 40 adam less than if you had harvested them(160x3=480).
God know when I'll be getting to MP3
Now that I've finished BioShock next on my list is Persona 3, after that Eternal Sonata, after that probably Mas Effect/Rock Band/Assasin's/God know what other awesome game.
Prolly won't end up playing MP3 till after the new year.
I know you said this had no spoilers, but I still felt I shouldn't have read it. Though now I do feel better about making the choice to save all the little girls every time I can.
Snaileb: Dude! I'll re-add you when I get home from work today. I don't know what's up, my GT is the same from before (Yeas) so it should work fine.
Also, I was going to change my GT to "Chris Taran" just so everyone know it's me (who the hell associates me with "Yeas"? (it's one of the nicks I went by before going with just my name)), but someone apparently already has that GT! I either have a fan out there, or some idiot who wants to impersonate me. Either way I was ticked about it.

Mass Effect? PSSST! That game is suppose to suck!

@PacoDG
Sorry if there was something in there that was more spoilerish than I thought!
I honestly tried very hard to avoid anything resembling a spoiler.
I'm on my third playthrough, trying to get my last achievement (the tonic one). CAN I HAVE A COOKIE?
@wtfblakegtfo
Congratulations, I'm on my second playthrough, harvesting the sisters. It's quite sad, the little video for harvesting one, but it's worth it.
