What's it like to be me? Imagine a thousand people throwing a party inside of your head and you're stuck outside without a ticket.

I've been an avid fan/player of video games since I was a child. The first game system that I remember playing was the Atari 2600. I enjoy everything from RPG's, shooters, fighting games. sports games and even the occasional racing sim.

I'm what you would call a "collector" and every now and then I will share my gaming hauls for all of Destructoid to see.

As of this update (8.11.2011) I currently have:

28 Consoles
31 Handhelds
1138 physical copies of various games
145 digital copies of games
Tons of other video game related items

This post won't be long; I'll let the picture speak for itself.

This beautiful piece of art was at the Lego store inside the Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL (just outside of Chicago).

I asked the guy working the store if it was for sale, of course it was not. He told me that the case it was in changes monthly. I asked what happens to it once the month is over, his response "Oh, we destroy it to put something else in".

I almost cried...

Both pieces (Samus in suit and out) stood just a tad over 24 inches each (2 foot for the measuremently challenged).

Also, sorry for the poor pic quality, I tried with the flash on but since they are behind glass the glare was too much.

Wow! That suit one is great, but the zero suit one looks a little bulky and has a face like a protoss.

Still a million times better then what I could make however.

I disagree, I wouldn't have sex with that thing. That Zero Suit Samus looks manly and I'm scared she'd be the one penetrating me.

The rest of it is amazing, though.

I love Woodfield Mall; that's sweet to see that display there. I used to live in Elk Grove Village next to Schaumburg.

I nearly cried when Gamer's Paradise closed down.
