This is going to be the best night ever. First off, I am in my pajama pants. When I am in my pajama pants the night is already awesome. Niero (Mr. Destructoid himself), Colette, Jonathan Ross, Sheldon Lee and his amazing girlfriend Zephyr are all in my house right now and we are about to watch the greatest movie that has ever been created, Showgirls. I have seen this movie more than 100 times. Yup, I'm serious. It is a masterpiece. I am absolutely obsessed. We are starting the movie at 8:50 PST, so if you happen to own it (you better!) go grab it and we can watch together! If you have never seen it, be prepared for the greatest liveblog in the history of liveblogs. Tonight is going to be epic. I am so happy right now.

Excellent use of the live blog by the way. I'm curious if anyone has seen the version VH1 shows, in your live group or otherwise, the VH1 cut has cartoon bras covering everyone. If I'm not mistake it also replaces swearing with words like pineapple. It made me laugh hysterically.
Showgirls is actually a wonderful, extremely well-executed film. It disappoints me when people think they're smarter than Paul Verhoeven.
