Alright, this is a quicky but a good one.

A lot of the places handing out beta-codes are already out. USA Today may still have some considering that I kind of doubt the majority knew they would have any. It wouldn't hurt to try it out yourself, right??

If I find any other places giving out codes, I'll let y'all know. Or you can share with us where you found yours ;)

Yeah, USA Today has been pretty good to me with PS3 betas. I'm pretty sure I got my Resistance 2 code from them also.

It'll probably be a few hours till they send them out.

You might be right about Resistance 2. I can't really remember how I got that code. Maybe someone shared it with me. I guess it was Moosehole.

I hope it'll be the same as LittleBigPlanet. It took a long time but I received 3 of 'em in the end.

It was harder to sign up this time. For the LBP beta all they asked for was an email address. This one actually makes you sign up. Darn, I really liked the fact that I managed to score 6 beta codes from them because I entered every email address I've ever had.

I used my Euro and Japanese account as well in case people couldn't get one in time. That is if they ever do send the codes out haha. I'm just hoping that they aren't locked to the PSN ID used to register for them.

Ok I was reading the "rules and regulations" to the contest and it says that winners won't be notified until April 17th, tomorrow.

It's also only a two-week beta from what the Game Hunters' preview says.

So I can't redeem my code through the PlayStation Account Management on my computer haha. But it did inform me not to attempt to try team death match as it is not functioning right. I wonder how many people will not read that and complain later that the game is broken?? lol

I quite like it. It only takes for fucking ever to capture that Fat chick. I really like the worker class. Chopping trees and sorts. Looks like a lot of fun with a team of players that know what they're doing.

(p.s. was playing against computer, my connection is... well, gone.)

I'll definitely have to bring out the headset for this game. Teamwork looks to be the difference between a victory and a loss...or at least that's what I'd imagine as I have yet to actually play it :(

I'm not sure if you guys saw the video on the PlayStation Blog a few weeks ago with the developers of Fat Princess but they were talking about how key teamwork was. One of the strategy they had come up with while playing was to have one person just sit there with the mini-map open and basically do surveillance of the opponent and feed the info to the rest of the team, like which class everyone was and whether they were about to rush the castle or not. When you get a full 32-player game going, I could see something like that giving a team an advantage.

Funny how I got in on one of the codes from Facebook yesterday but they still haven't sent out those codes but moments after receiving that email I put my brother in for the USA Today code and we've been playing that all night. Though there seem to be more conditions with the ones the Playstation Blog were giving out.

The game is fucking fantastic!
