As you may have heard, there is a beta about to take place for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 exclusively on the PlayStation 3. IGN and GameSpot seem to be the only ones with keys at the moment. While I haven't been able to find where GameSpot is hiding their keys, you can get some on IGN RIGHT HERE!

[Update] And they're gone. I recommend bookmarking in case they get more in the upcoming days. They'll probably be giving them out right up till the 19th.

Apparently this is only open for North Americans at the moment. There's a limited number of public keys but I'm pretty sure if you keep going there over the next few days they'll have more. I know yesterday when I checked they were out but they magically had more today. I'm sure more sites will get some too. I know I have had great luck with USA Today's Game Hunters in the past, so keep your eyes open over there as well. The beta doesn't go live till November 19th.

Of course, you could always just play Modern Warfare 2 instead.

Yeah, the page said something about how they won't work until that date. I really hope I don't forget! Since I'm a massive BF fan, I'm sure I won't.

I got an email from FP earlier about the beta keys. When I tried to get one, they said that they ran out already, which kinda made me wtf since I didn't think people would go beta crazy for. I guess they just didn't have the keys in the system yet. Anyway, I got mine, though I'll probably barely tough the game.

I would have liked to hit that up if I was closer to my PS3 more often.

I really liked some of the new things that the first Bad Company tried to do , and would have liked to have seen how the sequel improved over the first one.

I'm guessing that the beta keys will be activated on the 19th. I tried redeeming mine on the PSN account website and got the same errors. I'll be home that weekend too which will be pretty sweet ^_^

And I just checked the site and the public keys have been depleted. Anyone who missed out should probably bookmark the page for tomorrow.

I think I'm the one who needs to pay more attention to the forums :p. I guess you made it just in time for the next round because they're are depleted once again.

I was watching this video walk-through on G4TV and I am becoming insanely pumped for the game. You can tap through walls with a drill to give you a protected spot to shoot from! The 19th can't come soon enough.

I think the keys for this are all gone now but I recently got the Battlefield: <a href="http://cdeezgames.com/index.php?board=39.0" title="Bad Company 2 forum"> Bad Company 2 beta</a> and they have made some great improvements since the last one. The audio is the same, but it was top notch before. I haven't experienced the horrible lag that was prevelent in the first one so far. The graphics have made huge improvements along with the destructible environments. If this game gets better after the beta, I would highly recommend it.
