So, a lot of people are pretty against me getting the Destructoid tattoo. Well, I just wanted to take time out to defend myself. Here's what I wrote in the forums:

Since a lot have asked me about this, yes, I'm 150% sure. Before Dtoid, I never really had a place to talk about games; I never had any real gamer friends, and every other community I was a part of felt rather lifeless and troll-filled. Through Dtoid, I've met some amazing fucking people, gotten the opportunity to do things I'd never think to do before, and write about something I'm passionate about. Though most of you might think this is a fucking terrible idea, I have so much love for this site and the things it's given me that I can't think of anything better to do than get this tattoo. The fact that you, the community, are helping me make/choose it makes the tattoo that much more special.

So, call me stupid if you want. I'll just be here in the corner with an amazing fucking tattoo.
