This was a really weird weekend in the Dtoid Blogosphere. First of all, there were only 7 blogs posted on Saturday, so I didn't even bother posting a recap for only 7 blogs. I mean seriously, there are over 35,000 Dtoid members, and only 7 people decided to post a blog on Saturday. That's pathetic!

With such a slow day on Saturday, I was hoping Sunday would be a better day, but unfortunately I was very much proven wrong. Now the number of blogs definitely perked up, with lots of people posting lots of blogs, but honestly, a large percentage of them were just absolutely horrible. Now look, if you read my recaps frequently, you should know I don't ever call out the community like this, but today you all really let me down! I mean the reason I do the recaps is because I enjoy reading all the blogs people post and telling the other community about them, but today I didn't enjoy the experience at all. In the end I ended up being very generous, because while I only failed 2 blogs, I really wanted to fail around 8-12 of them.

All in all, I think it was a pretty horrible weekend for the Dtoid blogosphere. Now there were a couple of shining gems, but they were few and far between. If I didn't look really closely I probably would have missed them in the jumble of crappy blogs posted everywhere. Suffice to say. I really hope the community doesn't have this bad of a weekend again. We can do so much better then this guys. We really can!
