Hello dearies! ScottyG here on yet another Monday to help you kickstart another work week. Once again thanks to Garison for switching days with me last week.

Boo-urns on the Dtoid forums being down for the last day or so. Shame too, as I'm really excited to share my recent acquisition:

Boo-yah! Boxed, with instructions and in amazing condition! Did cost me my copies of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and Seasons, however to be honest if I'm ever going to play a portable Zelda again I'll keep going with Link's Awakening. I had the opportunity to pick up a boxed copy of Mega Man 2 as well, but the instructions were missing so I passed. Also I already have a near mint boxed copy of Mega Man 2 so this would have just been for collecting/forum trading. ;)

I may have said it before, but I'm surprised time and time again at the selection of games you can find in my otherwise bland little town. The flea market vendors typically grossly overcharge you, but their selection is absolutely impressive and there are 3 or 4 such vendors there every week. I am tempted when the forums come back up to keep a list of people's wants so I can work in some trades. ;)

As for my life outside of gaming, a coworker today gave me a bit of a lesson in communicating with our client. Essentially we need to get them to say things in writing, so we can throw it in their face when they inevitably screw up and try to push blame onto us. Now, I'm not sure about you all but I find the complete lack of trust and respect we're showing each other quite depressing. Even more depressing when you remember that business in general works like this. :(

*- Wan Sum Dung reminds me why I love Majora's Mask, which is totally better than Ocarina of Time
*- DaedHead8 gives an awesome overview of the game pad attachment to the LG Versa, and reviews some games available for the phone
*- Awesome intro and setup from possumwrangler, although I wonder how many people straighten out their setup for these pictures :P
*- Gunslinger1711 is the last man in rapture. Very good story

S- Day 16 of flamecondor's non-consecutive 20 Game Boy games in 20 days, featuring MK II
S- NihonTiger90 wants us to share recent acquisitions... and VOTE!!
S- That looks really good and probably should be topsauce, but I'm just not reading an article that friggin long. Sorry BulletMagnet
A- RiotMonster gives her E3 predictions. Will she follow up after to see what was right?

Nothing involving contests today?

S- JLanphear gives a life update, and shares recent gaming purchases
S- Cadtalfryn makes a post saying he'll be making a post of his Dead Rising Wii impressions
I- Akiba's intro definitely has the signs of fail, but even a belated one should be given a chance
S- Random thoughts from Zippyduda, including some Kojima announcement theories
D- I'd say it's late, but NihonTiger90 only briefly mentioned it. Now, go and VOTE!!!
I- Meet Cyclone, who will NOT suck your cock :'(
D- An update from Gamestop employee Ashley

R- blurryphoenix reviews Trauma Center: New Blood
T- Discarded Couch Sandwich sells us on Astro Boy: Omega Factor, which I've wanted to play for ages now
T- Anybody else remember the Penny Arcade comic for this game? Weird
T- Good enough read on the pros and cons of one console, but needs pictures. Preferably not directly linked from istheshit.net
T- Volkarin feels dead bodies are sacred... like every sperm
N- The title for the new Pixeljunk game is revealed. Actually looks really good
T- Why do RPGs brag about their length? 80 hours just would scare me away

M- I like Metroid Metal better, but Dimly made a good case for Powerglove
M- ArcticFox also shows appreciation to Metropolis Zone, and links to an awesome mashup with Michael Jackson
M- pixelpunx announces the first online issue of STFUAJPGM! Check it out!

L- Barely made me laugh, which saves it from fail ;)
C- Might be decent, but the video has severe volume issues

F- Shamlessly plugging your own isn't the end of the world, but at least try to entertain us a bit while you do it
F- Don't just ask for online friends. At least write something proper up and include it
F- Oh come on now, at least write a bit about what you're looking forward to at E3
F- They do have a point about being unable to post in the forums, but none the less...
F- Another video from Geoff, another entry in the fail bin
