Were those teeth wisdom teeth? I've got one of the worst wisdom teeth extraction stories...the dude who did it left some fragments in there, and I kept getting abscesses because no one was smart enough to figure out what was going on. Then, when they finally did, (like, a month and a half later) I, for some reason, declined to have them put me under again and just went with local despite their recommendation. Feeling someone digging tooth fragments out of a hole in your mouth in not really something that I'd prefer to experience again.
