So let me just say that today was not only a depressing day in the world of gaming, it was also a very depressing day to read the Cblogs. This is, of course, all related to the recent news of the demise of both 1UP, EGM, and a large amount of it's employees who are now jobless. I was personally very much affected when I heard the news. I have been reading EGM for over a decade now, ever since i was a teenager. I still have an annual subscription, which I have been more then happy to pay for year after year. I can't tell you the joy I get when I open my mailbox and discover a new issue has arrived. That is a feeling I will no longer get to experience, since after this month an EGM will never come to my house ever again. If that is not a horrifyingly empty feeling, I don't know what is.

I would just like to say goodbye to EGM and 1UP. You will be missed by many .... :-(
