So, stuff and things. What've we got?

Been listening to The Killers today which is okay I guess. I don't know what to tell you chief, I'm certainly not bringing the hater gun to bear here, but I can't say I'm as wild about them folks as a few I know seem to be. Still, they make okay tunes. CT incidentally got me back on a bit of a Hives trip which is always delightful. Gotta love the romp. But anyway, music.

I've played a bit of Insanely Twister Shadow Planet. "A bit" here is somewhere in the neighborhood of two thirds of the game I guess? It's good. I'm not. I died about twenty-seven times on the title screen. It was, well, it was somewhat embarrassing.

I can't give you a full review or anything half so profesh - a succinct expression of the measure of my professionalism - but here's two things. First, I'm wet for the water effects. Dunno what it is, but I find myself just splashing about like some sort of disoriented dolphin too full of hubris and tuna to stop and ask for directions. So that's nice.

The puzzles though, I don't know. Some of them are really neat and on a conceptual level, the bosses are dream boats. However, others gel less well. I don't know if it's the game or - and this is a very real possibility - I'm getting dumber, but some of the puzzles just feel like things that you do rather than things that you solve. Does that make sense? That might not make sense.

Listen, kids, I'm sorry. I'm writing my work term report and I'm nearly finished that same work term and I'm a little burnt out. Spare me some patience and I'll trade you some caps.
