I post this partly because it's FREAKING AWESOME and also because the closest thing I've come to playing a game this last week has been dicking about (not literally, not yet anyway) in Second Life. I know, I'm kinda ashamed of it too. Turns out that....thing is a lot more bearable if you have something of a tour guide though. I'm not quite comfortable enough to go in there alone yet though. Last time I was left alone I nearly got raped by a rabbit.

Also if you like the idea of dungeon crawlers but hate their horrific learning curve then I recommend a little indie game that got an excellent update recently called Desktop Dungeons. It's basically a full roguelike where games can be completed within 5-10 minutes. Also try Spelunky if you haven't already, because it's fucking Spelunky.
