Welp, it's Friday again! I feel like I've done nothing but work all week... hummmmm...
I beat Of Orcs and Men, and the game seemed to only get better and better as it went along. I'm really glad I decided to check that one out! But I already talked about that last week.
Other than that, I played some Don't Starve on Steam, which annoyingly gives me an error message and shuts down rather too often. It always seems to happen when I'm resurrected after a death, or after I travel through a worm hole. It's a great game; lovely artwork, awesome survival gameplay. I just wish it would let me play it for more than 15 minutes at a time.
I also found out that Fez, which I got as a gift from my boyfriend, will not run on my computer, so that bummed me out. I'm starting to think that maybe I should just avoid buying any more games on Steam until I can afford a better gaming computer. Buying games and not being able to play them is pretty much the worst. So far I've been shafted by Amnesia, Antichamber, The Baconing, Bit.Trip Beat, Fez, Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, Snapshot, Spirits, and Zeno Clash. Granted, half of those were gifted to me, but I still feel bad not being able to play someone's gift. I'd really like to buy Monaco, La-Mulana and Mark of the Ninja, but I'm just not feeling very lucky.
Of course, maybe I'm just an idiot because I don't always fully understand the system requirements information. It's just me being lazy and paying the price. Oh well.
