Today my own independent game Bonerquest went back into development! Hooray! New screenshots and some more information coming this monday. Been away for the last week and a half and haven't been able to actively work on it. So just in case anyone cares, Bonerquest is coming. Will you accept the Bonerequest?
New game season seems to be upon us. I've not touched any of them. In fact, Mega Man 9 may well be the last new game I buy this year. Its not that I don't want to play Fallout 3 or Saints Row 2, its that sixty dollars is a lot to pay for a video game. Think about all the things that money can buy. According to the news, this year we should all be worried about saving money. Then think about the used games industry and how I can purchase at least two maybe three of last years best games for that same price. At the very least, I plan on picking up The Evil Overlord and Lost Odyssey. Those two look good for 20 bucks. I might even pick up one Rainbow Six Vegas. I saw it for fifteen at blockbuster and considered it.
I just feel like I'm out of the loop. Everyone is in betas or playing these new games, I feel left out. Mega Man 9 and Castle Crashers feel more like my kind of games anyway. If not for their cheap price or old school gameplay. The only thing that bothers me is the digital distribution. I can't loan out Castle Crashers or Mega Man 9 to anyone.
