Living the dream since March 16, 2006
All I can say is this: Kif, my thoughts on Halo 3's Cortana shit-fest are directly in line with yours. I came home after the midnight launch with Legendary Edition in tow (yes, I own a Mjilnor Mark II helmet >_< ) and pulled an all-nighter to wrap up my first play through the campaign. It was when I hit the middle of the Cortana level that I began to feel nauseated and craved nothing but to turn off the game and sleep. It was because of this crappy level design that my smooth sailing through Halo 3 was interrupted by a storm of anger and frustration, and a few hours of my life were wasted wandering around identical, fleshy corridors.
today will be a fail..
