Ouch. Rough day in the blogs today, you'll notice a fair amount more fail than usual, even by my normally lenient grading standards. Last week it was suggested that I add a caption contest or something similar to the post. While I lack The Toothbrush Man's GIS and Image-fu skills, I suppose I'm up for a challenge. Let's see what you guys can do with a few of my favorites:

Speaking of images, it occurred to me that I still haven't posted a lot of my PAX pictures from the last couple of years. With any luck I can remedy that before this weekend, so look for it on my personal blog.

*-Handy's Fanart Flops always reminds me of the cutaway during Futurama's Anthology of Interest: You've seen it, you can't un-see it! This week he takes on Pokemon.
*-You need to see the great job Guncannon did editing Mr. Destructoid into the Scott Pilgrim vs the World game. You NEED to.
*-RandomBullseye's Musing this month is an epic in five parts. If you don't have time to read the whole thing, at least skip to the end.

A-Dennis C Scimeca raises an interesting point: wouldn't game developers take in more money if they didn't spend so much unnecessarily promoting their games?
S-Alphadeus' piano journals have swiftly become one of my favorite things about recapping Mondays. Beautiful instrumental piano music makes it much easier to whomp up a fresh batch of BBcode.
S-SenorDoucheoisie is donating to Ronathon for every point he earns in TF2. A somewhat odd method of fundraising, but if it gets results who am I to judge?

C-MrAndyDixon's baby avatar contest got its deadline pushed up because of Reasons. If you're reading this, it's too late to enter.

R-If news of the price hike made you want to cancel your Live subscription, Crunshii is already seven or ten steps ahead of you.
C-It's not a bad idea giving Gordon Freeman a voice, but it could use some polish before you unleash it on the world.

S-This story had already hit the front page by the time this blog was posted. You've gotta get up pretty early to get a scoop from Mr. Destructoid.
S-Complaining about clones in Super Smash Bros. Brawl's lineup at this point is not entirely dissimilar from complaining that Moe and Larry should never have hired Shemp. It may be true, but it's a little late to bring it up now.
F-Yeah. I can tell why Silverdragon stopped before this one.
F-A cross post shilling a podcast by some people you've never heard of.
F-A two sentence blog which is basically an ad should not find itself surprised to end up here.
