Here's hoping Keith makes it into L4D2 as DLC. Or maybe he's already in as a tank.

Nice job today guys, lots of good stuff and very little bad. Let's get to it.

*-It may not be officially official, but GamesAreArt and co. are keeping the Monthly Musings alive in some form. And that's pretty awesome.
*-Stevil's Gamer Obscura series took a look at a sunsoft survival horror game called The Note. Nice use of post-its; I do love a good meta joke.
*-AwesomeExMachina took a detailed look at the good and the bad of side quests.
*-BulletMagnet's Forgotten Essentials series takes on the puzzle genre, indirectly laying out why PopCap has more money than God right about now.
*-It's still in the early stages, but Skribble's working on something that promises to be pretty cool. Or hot. Like dragon's breath.
*- According to his local fundies, Clown Baby is going to hell. Yeah, well, down the hatch.

A-Beyamor's list of why the Pokemon world is superior to our own is hard to disagree with.
A-It's a Gameboy themed article day, as Mike Wuest explains his love of Link's Awakening.
A- There goes the Gameboy theme. But this piece by Time and a Half puts forth some interesting ideas about game development.
P-Podsumaki appears to be gaining steam, especially with the recent release of SSF4. Episode 5 recorded tonight.

C-MrRandyDixon needs a new blog header, and has offered a bounty in the form of a free PS3 game. Get cracking.

E- E3's coming up and Destructoid's AV club could use some help if you've got the chops.

N-Covah beat the front page with this video confirmation that LittleBigPlanet 2 is a real thing.
N-Looks like they're making another True Crime game, this time set in... Hong Kong? Isn't half the point of those games seeing the landscape in a 1:1 scale? How many of you have ever been to Hong Kong?
T-Snoogans775 had some thoughts about his experiences with a malfunctioning PS3 and Silent Hill: Shattered Memories.
T- CrimeMinister posted a thought experiment involving the Guinness list of the best game series. It kind of went off the rails.
T-Ausgamer might just be the original N64 kid.
T-Wedgewu defends her right to play so-called "casual" games.
R-Metroid Fetus reviewed and recommended an android/iPhone game called Drop7.

A-Hi, I'm Daisy! KodyKoala made a custom statue in tribute to Luigi's sweetie.
A-Faith continues pumpin' the Perler, and HOLY CRAP NEX SIGHTING!

V-ChrisBradshaw posted up a video of a nice-looking Mario 3 Rom hack. If I weren't busy doing the recaps, I'd probably be playing it right now.
V-HybridRain introduced himself by posting this fan tribute to the Assassin's Creed series that he played a part in.
C-This topic has been done to death, the corpse flung onto a highway and dragged for miles by a passing semi truck.
C-I'm not seeing the point of this blog, and the community jab in the comments didn't help.

By the way, can anyone tell me where the 'manage blog' section of my profile has gone? All I have are 'comments', 'my blog' (no links to a page to write a new one or edit my old stuff though), 'profile' and 'logout'. I have an idea for something to write tomorrow but despite considerable searching, no idea anymore of how a new blog post can be added.

Any help appreciated, thanks.

@Xandaca: You have to go in through the 'Post New Blog' tab on the front page scroll box. Seems like they've forgotten to put it back on the profile page after the recent refurbishment! Oops!
