I haven't got a lot to say tonight, and damn if it isn't already 3AM, so please just enjoy this video from the makers of Half Life: Full Life Consequences.

*-Bulletmagnet begins a new series called The Forgotten Essentials. If they're all of as high quality as his initial effort, I think the feature will do quite well.
*-I like your style, Suitcoat Avenger. My mind is adequately blown.
*-Castle, I'm with ya man. Fun fact-- as if you needed another reason to hate the guy, he was voiced by one of the members of N'Sync.

S-FlameCondor's tribute to the Game Boy continues with the one game that was responsible for keeping Nintendo alive through the N64 and Gamecube years. I'd topsauce this, but I'm fighting my own personal bias.
A-Parachute McKenzy was one of my favorite wrestlers, along with Roid Rage Ronny and Chunk "Bulk" Fatterson. Wrestlin' was just better in the '80s, dammit.
S-Dimly's Power trip series tries to take a look at the Stealth camo in the original Metal Gear Solid. It's a damn shame Clumsy Snake broke it in the intro to MGS2.
S-Gemsi brings those fine folks across the Atlantic their game releases for the week.
M-Dragonzigg sneaks his Kingdom Hearts themed Musing in just under the wire. Hate to break it to ya, but "Organization" is spelled with a "Z." Nice writeup, though.
M-Another Musing just squeaks in before the final bell. This one's by Kyle Gamgee and features Gun.Smoke for the ol' NES.
M-One final Musing for the month by Ckarasu, saluting the Tribhvana from one of the SMT games.
P-Backwards Compatible episode 8 is live and available for your ears.
P-The third Refused Classification Australian podcast also went live today and is ready to be listened to.
P-Failcast episode 35 is primed for insertion into your aural canal. You know, like that thing Khan put in there.
A-Part one of jtrgmr's look at why older RPGs seem to be better than the current crop.

W- De Bloo, Justice, and Seigfried won.... something.
C-Nothing at stake here, but how well do you know the Sega classic OutRun?
C-Play Dead Movie Star's latest game, get a high score, and you could win an "amazing, mystery cats poster."

E-Hey, NorCal Dtoiders! (Wait... that's me!) Want to see the Distant Worlds Final fantasy concert? It's playing in San Francisco on July 19, and Dtoid SF will be there.
E-Dtoid Baltimore also has an event coming up, with a venue change that made Mr. Cantler grumpy.
F-Say what you want about Y0j1mb0, the man delivers what he promises. Mmmm... Oh! And there's a little something here about Killzone 2 teams forming up, too.
S-DerrickH plans to drive from the East coast to E3 "Because I can." Good luck to you, ya crazy sonofa...
I-No. There won't.

N-The retranslation of Capcom's SNES RPG Breath of Fire 2 has been released. I tried NOT emulating that game years ago, and any retranslation can only be A Good Thing.
N-The Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 demo is now available on the Playstation Network. Excuse me for a moment, I need to, uh, check something...
T-BAWWW MVC DEMO IS ONLY LOCAL MULTIPLAYER BAWWWWW
T-But hey, maybe there's a reason for that.
T-Xenfinity ponders the need for multiplayer trophies.
R-BlurryPhoenix kinda reviewed the new Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles.
T-NjSykora's financial challenge-- How much game can you get for one Bison Dollar?
T- The DR Master shares his love of SSX3 with the world. I've enjoyed every SSX game I've played so far, but I played Tricky so much that if I ever again hear about how tricky it is to rock a rhyme that's right on time I will have little recourse other than to shove a railroad spike clean through my cerebellum.
$-Anus McPhanus has some bonus deals for European Dtoiders. Several price drops on big name games are listed.
R-God Len checks in from Japanator to link to their review of Dynasty Warriors: Gundam. CTZ calls him a dumbass.

M-Unangbangkay shared a link to the soundtrack for Warhammer: 40,000. Good stuff, and you can't beat the price.
M-RonBurgandy2010's dTunes series hits the ripe old age of 79. Soon it'll be old enough to rent ultraporn.

V-Video review of Interactive Adventure Disney Quest from Freeze Cracker. The techno version of "It's a Small World" in the background is probably one of Guantanamo's secret weapons.
R-Nick Chester had a particularly vexing dilemma earlier today. I'm guessing they both tasted like carbonated battery acid, so maybe not as big a deal as he made it out to be.
R-Vexed Alex posted a link to the resignation of one Jarred Woods, formerly of 2K Australia.
C-Could use a few pictures. Though the altered text size does make it visually interesting, it's still kind of hard to read. Awesome blog header, though.
C-It's considered somewhat poor form to promote your other projects here unless they're at least tangentially video game related.
C-This is kind of a strange stream of consciousness blog. Ironically, that's the kind of thing Twitter is perfect for.

F-Comments on this one are entertaining. Original Post not so much.

Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?

Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
