ctf_turndown_b1 - Attack Defend CTF, Blue must take red's flag to their capture point, red is on defense the whole time and blue is on offense, looks like a fun game type we haven't seen yet.
ctf_ouch_final - Not sure if this is a TF/C port or not, but it looks good none the less. If theres enough interest tonight, Ill lock #3 for medic/pyro whoring, but I think for the most part everyone is done. There was also a minor patch over the weekend that reduced the achievements needed for the medic unlocks, so some of you might be pleasantly surprised to have ubersaws the next time you log in. --Usual Copy Pasta--

Anyways. Pyros suck. I haven't done shit for getting the new Pyro stuff now, because I can't even stand to play it. It's just this no-skill whore class. Mind you, it's still usually easy enough to kill a Pyro, because most of the people playing them suck, but it's retarded how if they get close they can take you down faster than a Heavy now. Class is way too fucking fast to be doing that much damage with no skill required.

I'm with Wardox on this. Can someone explain to me why there's all this pointless controversy and melodrama? If you want to play on the server play, if you don't don't there's no need for anyone on either sides to engage in petty flaming over it.
If you disagree with CaffinePowered's view on Destructoid that's fine as well. I disagree with him completly, but I know that it has nothing to do with his ability to provide an enjoyable online gaming experience, so I don't bring it up here.

Well SWPM the point is that if you dislike DToid enough to petition to get their press passes revoked then you probably shouldnt be using their CBlogs to promote your server.

I fully agree with you that the petition was completly uncalled for, but if none of the administration seem to have a problem with his posts, I don't understand why people seem have taken it upon themselves to get it removed. Can't we all just play TF2 together and ignore each others opposing viewpoints? I play tennis with my Neo-Con friends despite the fact I think they're out to destroy everything America stands for, and visa-versa.
I may just a naive pacifist for thinking this though :P

I guess it really comes down to that I'll will play with anyone, regardless of what they may think about anything. I honestly don't think CaffinePowered really meant what he said in that picture, but I also don't care if he did. As long as I get to play TF2 with a relatively nice group of people, I'm happy, no matter what they think about a site I love. I understand if you don't feel that way though and I have no problem what so ever with that. I just think this whole situation is a bit ludicrous, and just wish that we could just agree to disagree, even if it's about something we all care deeply about. Like I said though, I'm a peace and love hippie who think every conflict should be settled with a musical number :P

Let me say that you are more than welcome to come play with us. Everyone who can abide by a few simple rules (that are clearly displayed) are welcome. We're trying to get people to play TF2 (and other games) together, that is all. At least that's all for me, and having a interest in things I try my best to [s]force[/s] encourage that belief on certain others. :)
Obviously some people have histories with each other, and some people like to bring up old edrama. I try my best to not care, and to discourage it amongst others.
