Not much special to note for tonight, just one map by the same guy that did cp_mof_a4, but a CTF map, and we can always use more good CTF maps. I wont be putting any more customs on #2, clears out for the most part everyone unfortunately even on TFT/FNF.

ctf_npire_v2 - very well detailed and nice looking ctf map, good ctf maps are unfortunately too few and far between, so hopefully this one might have a chance at rotation.

Also I think I'm going to be taking pl_dbheights off rotation, if someone would like to suggest a replacement, preferably a CTF map, leave suggestions.
