The other bit of truth is bannings moving forward. Up until now anyone with admin was instructed not to ban anyone from dtoid, this will no longer be the case, persons who violate the rules will be banned regardless of status within the community. In addition your reserved slot is a privilege, not a right. There are only two very simple easy to follow rules, respect other players and don't act like an asshat. Violating either will get you a swift banhammer. Should you get banned may appeal to either myself or Kor.
