Podtoid Drawings- Super Samit World

Last week I was playing Super Mario World on my SNES and listening to Podtoid, about 3 minutes in they edit in music chanting "SPORTS!" over one of Samit's ramblings. At the time I was jumping over a Chargin' Chuck. The synergy between the audio and the visuals gave me an idea. The first drawing was a warm-up and the second is more along the lines of what I saw in my head when I was listening to the Podtoid.

I had to shrink them to fit them in here, so here's some larger ones:

Thanks everyone. I'm still working on another one with a completely unrelated theme, but it's taking a while because I'm using colour.

Looking at it now, for some reason the scanner made the practice drawing really hard to see.
