About Me
Well I guess the first thing to get out of the way is that I am a game store employee. Luckiy my soul is saved from the evil of places like Gamestop and EB. Instead I work at C&C Games in Fremont, Ohio, a little slice of heaven in the hell of a podunk/retard town of asshats and wiggers.

Other than that I'm your average gamer nerd, my hobby luckily turning into something I can use at work. Even if my expertise seems to be playing the games my bosses can't stand, like RPGS and crazy ass 'unique' titles >.>;. Can't complan though, since working here has given me some more self-confidence and access to my bosses' vast experience in the gaming industry.

Plus I can get sweet swag, like my bitchin' Fable store display (which makes a nice night-stand XD) or the various posters that I eventually have to throw out because of my damn pets =P.

Besides that I can't think of anything else to put here, save for the fact that I love video game music. From the works of Mitsuda and Sakimoto, or even all the way back to Uetmatsu's early days with Final Fantasy, I have quite a large collection that I tend to listen to when either doing a few bits of writing or working =D.

Condensed Version Part 1: Fire Pro Wrestling Returns

(Note: I originally wrote the different parts of this last night in one immense post. After some deliberation I figured it would be a whole hell of a lot easier for people to read it if it were in more manageable chucnks. So here's Part 1, with the other parts following shortly as soon as I can copy past them properly =P)

Ah Fall. That special time of year that brings with it many staples of the gaming universe. From sometimes amazing titles to redundant holiday cash-ins brought forth in order to get a few hundred sales in before Christmas, this season is akin to a virtual oasis after wandering through the gaming deserts of summer.

Of course with this time of year also comes another trademark of gaming: the 'updated' version of sports games, featuring new rosters and somewhat improved graphics to appeal to the most fanatic fans of each athletic event. From soccer to football, basketball to hockey, there is barely a sport that isn't covered with a fancy 08 upgrade.

However these are not for me. Such sports seem trivial to what I always anticipate each year. Far more than a mere graphics overhaul or an updated roster, the genre of sports (if what I'm about to mention is even a sport, which it isn't of course. I'm nuts but I'm not THAT nuts =P) I love also includes fresh (from 6 months ago) storylines, new gameplay improvements (click in joysticks for massive damage!), and more options for creating wrestlers (while taking away shit from last year's versions for some reason).

That's right folks! I'm talking about Pro Wrestling, the Sport of Kings (of Kings). Of course every year we get a new wrestling game, usually one of the new Smackdown games. Yet I'm finding this year I'm kinda 'feh' about the upcoming SvR. After last year's game I was left wanting, and I have the distinct feeling the new version will do the same.

But as luck would have it, there came forth an angel, a beautious Japanese creature wrapped in kimonos and championship belts. This angel was the angel of Fire Pro, a wrestling series that started in '89 whose latest game, 'Fire Pro Wrestling Returns', will be making it's way to our shores next month.

i already wrote it up as one big blog >.>; After thinking about it some I realized that it was far too big for most people to read in one sitting, so I figured I'd try out these bite-sized versions instead of the full meal.

Or something like that n.n;

Why not spread them out over a couple of days? Posting them all in one lump only compounds the problem.
