Rock Band DLC is a beast. It's one of the best things to ever happen to video games, ever. However, I've always been slightly disappointed in the lack of cohesion that the songs have as far as getting information on them online. The official Rock Band site is alright, but it tends to be out of date a lot.
Well, no more worries because in comes
RBDLC. This site is a great
start to something that could be much, much more. Users can review the DLC songs so you can get an idea of how fun a song is before you lay down those sweet M$ points.
However, my real reason for bringing this to your attention are the ratings. Particularly, the songs that are rated with 5 stars I'm having an issue with. It would seem that one demographic is rating these songs and that would be the 13-18 year old crowd that hears loud music and fast guitars and goes, "HOLLLLLYYYYY SHHHHIIIIIITTTTTTTTT that is AWESOME!"
So good people of Destructoid, I request that you sign up, rate your favorite songs, and spread the word of this site so that we may balance out the order of quality DLC in the universe.
"YOU MESS WITH THE MCPOYLES, YOU GET FORK STABBED!
In short, you're probably seeing such high ratings because people only download the songs they know they like.
I wish there were more previews of the songs being played.
