I found this kind of interesting.
while playing
Kirby Super Star I was fighting one of the mini-bosses, a cook. After I defeated him, I decided to see if I could inhale him and do the ol' power steal trick. Well, sure enough it worked and the power picture in the lower left part of the screen said "Cook."
I wondered if it was the same, and sure enough, it was. Kirby breaks out a big cooking pot, sticks on a chef hat, and all enemies are sucked into the pot. They then turn into food to replenish your health just like in Brawl.
I always wondered what the inspiration for the Final Smash was and now we know.

*Made up.
Perhaps I should go play it again, I remember it being pretty fun.
Anyone who hasn't played Kirby Super Star needs to play it immediately. Shame on you for not having already done so.
*adds to list of games he must play
*cries at length of list
No offense dude, but reading your comments is like playing Rainbow Six: Vegas 2.
Among huge Nintendo/Kirby fans, maybe, but Brawl has mass appeal and I doubt many people know it.
I've had to explain who King Dedede was, so I doubt everyone knows every power Kirby has ever been able to use in every game ever.
So, I guess it should be common knowledge. :P
As far as Sakurai's concerned, there's only one way to make a million-seller. Curious?
1) Copy
2) Paste
